Should already be doing this...recyclable concrete, easy to construct and readily available resources to implement housing for everyone with little to know cost to produce. Of course, the housing industry will fight this tooth and nail...how to rectify the quandry? Start engaging this project en masse...the housing market won't be able to compete with a project underway unless they get the law involved and how is that going to be stopped if enough people decide to be civilly disobedient?

No the airform is reused but by doing this the foam will need to be protected from the UV rays, some in the industry leave the airform in place for this reason.

Not sure if I understand the question but will tell you that layers of concrete need to be applied or the airform will bulge in.
