Im sorry like not even wanting to be rude but this shit sucks if you want to learn pole dancing ladies buy a x-pole and teach youself at home flex appeal sucks and the stuff they teach u there is a waste of money they barley even do any pole dancing and not to mention its obvious the people that work there aren't fit themselves matter a fact look at there videos compared to other pole dancing studios like pole dance allure or this pole dancing school in kennessaw,GA im highly dissapointed

@Kelinnae Some people (you..hack hack) have NO class or proper spelling/grammar...don't knock these girls...as a chair-dance fitness instructor from CA. I can tell you that CHAIR dance DOES burn calories and tone/ tighten your arms AND core. Don't knock people for being thicker just because you aren't rail thin does NOT mean you aren't fit. Your attitude is what helps gives girls eating disorders.
