I don't think I could ever love the sequels like I loved the original.

They should create something more like the first game, like they did with Megaman 9.

But that's just me. Maybe it's because I grew up with this game.

I agree with many the first is the best! Loved the game when I was like 10 years old. I just got done playing it again 15 years later I'm now 25 and still love it! It seems so slow now though. I wish I could have super shoes the whole game!!

TJ&E #1 = a true classic! ... Love it!!

original, fun, and ahead of the game 2 players cooperating, open world to explore, split screen, awesome!

TJ&E #2 = side scrolling, linear, platform jumper, not as good as Earthworm Jim ... strange.. Earl-Earthworm, Jam-Jim ... wierd

TJ&E #3 = never played it ... don't know anyone who has ... may never know ...

I thought the Xbox had many good regular (localised) Japanese games almost like the PlayStation family, and I think it is even better than the present Xbox 360, where like it most of their games are just extensions of the PC library.

1. ToeJam & Earl were planned to be in Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing and may be DLC.

2. Greg Johnson pitched a ToeJam & Earl for the Nintendo DS to numerous publishers, but none of them bit.

3. Even though it was voted #1 to be the next XBLA game, SEGA actually doesn't own the rights to the series.
