  • What the hell is that guy talking about? You should use straps s all you have to focus on is your shrugs not your grip. Anyways nice lift man Im doin about the same i love working traps.

  • I was coming here to make fun of "power shrugs", but those look pretty standard, and pretty strong. Not much cheating going on there, and certainly no bouncing. Good job.

  • LOL thanks man! Yeah they are actually just regular shrugs I guess...I do power shrugs BTB on my power PULL days with up to 600lbs and its just quick up and down reps with a little bounce. Just started doin them cause I heard they were good for explosive pulling power...WE'LL SEE!! :)
