First off I disagree with some of the words that Pastor Smith uses. However, I am in full agreement with the points he is making. Eddie Long actually brought in another wolf to fleece his flock with so called investments in gambling machines. And they actually gave that man their money. The local ATL news seems to like doing the Eddie Long stores even more than they liked the Juanita Bynum/Weeks divorce case stories a few years. And they did a LOT of stories/updates on Bynum and Weeks.

Pastor Smith may have his issues. I don't agree with his overall theology. But, his point is clear. Ministers of the Gospel MUST LIVE HOLY! We can't run around cheating on our spouses, ripping off the flock, and living the high life while our members are financially struggling. He is spot on when he ask, "what about the people who will never trust a preacher again?" We have to maintain the trust of people in order to be effective. Long is not helping the cause.

God is love, and love tells the TRUTH!!! People today have the wrong concept of what love actually is. So please dont waiste your time claiming that Pastor's like Tony Smtih dont preach love. @ng3raiders While God is love we have to come against things that portray themselves as of God and are not even in the slightest way associated with God,but greedy filthy immoral individuals like the kind Paul talked about "their God is their stomachs" and in other scriptures.You must know God is not pleased with people who do such things and all in Gods name.Pastor Smith is just a person not afraid to publicly come against these people.I agree it doesnt look good but I think its needed.
