the sad thing about that game is lair had so much potential, and it just feels like in the last levels of the game the designers just slopped up the job and packaged it for sale. reason being is that the graphics began to lagg behind and the story became less and less part of the game as it progressed forward

This is how it works. The PSP and the PS3 are connected wirelessly via remote play this works via network and also online via a hotspot. You log in to your PS3 desktop via the PSP and you can run anything on the PS3, the PS3 then outputs the graphics to the PSP's screen wirelessly.

Yes the PSP is restricted with it's limited amount of buttons, but there are some 'more basic' games that can be mapped quite easily.

Search it on Sony's website.

Just to clear all these noobish comments, the Playstation 3 is doing all the processing, however, instead of sending anything to TV screen, it's streaming the VIDEO to your PSP, the PSP is merely playing a "live" video, it's not processing anything.

No this is a ps3 game which is being played through a psp with remote play. What it does is it connects to the ps3 and can play music and video of the ps3. So far, there arent very many games that can do this. So an answer to your question. Yes you must have a connection to the ps3 to play the game.

i think remote plays awsome and it makes me wonder if within the next couple handheld gens will be at par with the consoles of their time u could use cell phone technolgy 4 internet and just have base at home or it could just lead to consoles comming with portable units either way this feature will only get better and it honestly blows the ds out of the water if u have a ps3

It are the same colours and graphics and stuff. The PS3 runs the game. The PSP is in fact your controller AND your TV screen. So you press on the buttons of your psp, it directs the actions to the ps3, and the ps3 at his part sends the screen/video to your psp.

It's exactly the same as on a normal TV, only on a normal TV the resolution and the screen size is larger. Plus, on the psp you have only 1 analogue stick.
