@anna631998 Amstell is a comedian. The whole point is that he throws off pop stars and tries to put them into difficult situations to see how they react. It's a very typically British sort of humour focusing on awkwardness and social norms (i.e. toaster as a wedding gift) Some stars come back with their own quick witted replies. Others can't handle getting grilled storm off. I like Manson and think, on the whole, he comes across as articulate. But here I think he wasn't at his best.

simon amstell makes his living out of making celebrities feel uncomfortable and asking awkward questions, hes extremely quick witted and a good comedian and is not supposed to be taken that seriously. his interviews divide people between those who can handle it and keep up and those who just get irritated and storm off. Manson handled him extremely well, its like a challenge.
