you mean the red ring of death. you get it from over heating when the motherboard becomes too hot it starts to become flexible as it does that it starts to lean depending on the position of the xbox after a while the connections inside starts to loosen and eventually falls out you can send it to Microsoft to fix or you can try a do it yourself fix but it may void your warranty. i hope i helped
