I know that a clear judgement from a qualified person who was there on the scene doesn't mean much to 9-11 truthers.

You know, Occam's razor is the best principle. It basically states that the simplest explanation is usually the correct one...and that's what history shows. I'd like to recommend the book 'Libra' by Don Delillo. It's about, among other things, a fanatical JFK conspiracy theorist. His quest is endless but ultimately pointless. And he never approaches the truth even asymptotically, because he's wearing blinders. Interesting book.

Look up those names, I think only 1 is a scientist even closely related to engineering.
