Hey gorebagg, I've tested the bow out a bit and I've found the 'sweet spot' you're talking about is about 2 to 4 seconds after the shot has charged completely.

I'm still horrible with the bow though :D

@ZedekOfLP101 Notice the video date. At the time Valve tried an experiment, where players could delete stock weapons "permanently." After a certain time period Valve gave everyone back their items, and made several changes to the loadout menu.

I'm not gorebagg, but here are some tips:

1. Hit and run - Don't stand there and face off against a combat class. And NEVER stand still.

2. Memorize item pickup locations - If you're low on health, this will help you out.

3. Drink yourself out of your troubles - Use the Bonk! energy drink as a means of escape if you're low on health and being pursued.

4. Stun, Gun, & Run - Hit an enemy with the sandman ball, run up and gun them backwards, then quickly retreat. Harassment at its best.
