Nice. What I do is similar, a 55 gallon barrel about 10 feet in the air. Which I fill will a 55 gallon barrel that catches rain water. I then use a timer to release 1 1/2 gallon of water 2 X a day.
@damontoney I used two different emitters that varied the flow rate. One flows at 2 GPH and the other at 1 GPH, both I bought at the local home improvement store. Each emitter serves each plant, so I know exactly how much water is getting to each plant. Then it's just a little math after that. I've used this only in my small home garden, but I can't figure a reason it wouldn't work on a small scale commercial operation too.
