  • you are great :) I subscribe! great outfit and lovely top!!

  • omg I think this was my all time favorite of your videos! Dolly at the end made my day for sure, and I was cracking up at your Sweden-Norway-Denmark / North-South Dakota analogy. It's totally true!! But if you tell anyone from Scandinavia that, they get very stressed out, it's hilarious! Du er ganske flink i både dansk OG norsk! How long did it take you to get good at Danish? I've been in Norwegian lessons for 6 months and am loving that I can finally communicate :)

  • I just found your channel today - you had me at Buffy!

  • I love your ring in this video, where is it from?

  • @susannah2907 Hmmm. Is it the 2-fingered ring you are asking about? I bought that a long time ago at Forever 21. :) It's probably the cheapest ring that I own, and my favorite! :)

  • i love your humor! i also love riding my bike, no matter where i go and how cold it is. i guess germans have that in common with danish people.

  • @xphienie Thank you for watching and commenting. Yes, Germans and Danes are outdoorsy, active people...so that's a common starting point I too love to ride my bike here, but in this freezing winter, I'm enjoying it a tiny bit less. Ha! Take care...

  • Oh my god I found you because of BlushingPixie and am so glad because you're hilarious and I can totally relate to you because I live in Malmo! I go to Ahlens City like all the time haha. And I have a huge snood by Rules by Marie which is saving my life right now! The Oresund is totally frozen, I could walk to Copenhagen haha xxx

  • @rachaelmjennings How cool that you're right across the Øresund! So you're freezing your tushie off too, right now?!? Thanks a billion for finding me, via BlushingPixie. I think she's magnetic and gorgeous. Well, I love your little country...and visit frequently. Enjoy Malmø...and have a super week! :)

  • yay buffy!

  • @missmichelle652 I loooved Buffy! :)

  • @BlushingForeigner me too way better then the vampires today haha.. they were bad ass and didnt sparkle in the sun :) were you a angle or a spike fan?

  • just found you- love your humour :) I've never been to Denmark- the closest is Norway which I LOVE. A question- do you remember what lippie you are wearing in the vid as I love it, and we are really close in complexion. Thanks! xx

  • @juicylucy73 I too love Norway. The nature is so pretty up there. Sorry that I didn't add the lip info. I was wearing Revlon Soft Rose lipstick with Revlon ColorBurst lip gloss in Peony on top. :) Take care.

  • OMG - I just finished the whole video (yes, I have a bad habit of commenting before I'm even finished... kind of like interupting someone while their speaking). So friggin' funny! Thank you for the belly laugh!

  • @k8innh Thank you so much for the sweet comments and compliment. Glad you could have a good laugh!! Thank you for watching. Have a super weekend ahead!

  • LOL - North and South Dakota! Awesome. I don't know why I'm just now finding your channel, but alas, I am. I've only watched this one video but I love your explanations and your humor. Can't wait to watch more.

  • 4 and 4.5 are so close to each other. Luckily I can't wear Luminous Silk - cystic acne immediately. And I have totally given up on Chanel! At the moment Bobbi Brown Luminous is my favorite, but it's a bit too moist. And Moisture Rich is too sheer. But I would love to hear if you have been matched to Bobbi Brown.

  • @ddrrssdd I haven't been matched to any Bobbi Brown Foundations -- I've used only the Bobbi Brown Extra SPF 25 Tinted Moisturizing Balm and for that, my shade is Extra Light Tint (their 2nd lightest shade of the 8 shades). The Alabaster was too pink. I really loved that product, and last winter I mixed it with my Elizabeth Arden 8-hr Cream every morning to prep my face. It was very sheer in terms of coverage, but super moisturizing! Vi ses, Mila! :)

  • Here is another Sheer Glow virgin (shame on me), I was thinking of ordering it from HQhair (36,40 eur), because as you know no Nars here is lovely Siberia (ok ok Copenhagen). Just wondering what is going on with that Illum/Sephora thing .... Now from online swatches Gobi should be my color (Bobbi Brown Porcelain in the wintertime, Dior 010, MAC NC15 maybe). I'm just like you no pink, no yellow, just neutral. And check out Karlasugar's GA Luminous Silk swatches: highly interesting shade system.

  • @ddrrssdd Hey! Thanks for the tip - I will check out KarlaSugar's swatch-system. Sounds interesting... I don't know it yet! I'm sooo flippin excited for the Illum/Sephora opening. Seriously, they should invite us hard-core peeps to the red-carpet opening, right?! They would sell out in a day. Have you tried Inglot there yet? I NEED to discover that brand - I only did a quick browse that didn't fully satisfy! :)

  • @BlushingForeigner There wouldn't be anything left! I have seen Rachel's swatches on Inglot and I'm afraid to go and check it out myself. But the amount of brown/grey/taupe shades .... iiiiik. The prices can't be the same. Scary!

  • I love watching you, great videos!!! xoxo Jeanie

  • @yayayoga Hi Jeanie. Thank you so very much. Hope you are well. :)

  • Hi Cam, thanks for the Sheer Glow review and the very entertaining video. You're too funny! Take care,

    Sharon

  • @Shaay55 Hi Miss Sharon. You're very sweet - thank you for sayin' that. :) Have a beautiful day!

  • YAY gobi, I wear the same colour. What colour are you in GA luminous silk?

  • @pinkabuki Hey there. :) I think I've been mismatched in GA Luminous silk. I have a bottle of 4.5 that is way too dark. And a bottle of 3.0 that seems a bit light. (One of those leans warm, the other cool). I believe that the 0.5-factor connotes a warm or cool lean. But I'm not sure which.

  • Fantastisk! :) Har ikke hørt om det merket her i Norge men var kjempe fin;)

  • @Farybell2009 Tusind tak skal du have! :)

  • everything u said about denmark is SO TRUE! we danes need to get over ourselves! i loved this video! and hello nars sheer fake glow twin! i am gobi as well and i agree with everything u said about the foundation! u look chic as always and uhm can i pweese have ur body? (not like that but u know what i mean!!) xxx

  • @GirlAboutTown18 Iben!! Yes! You get me. You always get me...and now, we're NARS Sheer Glow, soul sistas. Awesome, if you need me to grab you a bottle of Gobi when I go home for a visit in the spring, just let me know. Thanks for chiming in with your awesome Danish perspective. I consider you my little 'temperature check' to ensure I never go too far...in my words or criticism. Hope you've had a killer weekend!!

    Knus og krammer, søde.

  • FABULOUS! :-)

  • @ceanandjen THANKS A BUNDLE!

  • Yes I still like you. If anything I like you more now after seeing this video : )

  • @BambiSox345 Awww, thank you Bambi. :) That's a nice thing to say! Hope you've had a good weekend.

  • So happy I found your channel! Your video totally put a smile on my face :) I respect your decision to wear a bike helmet. I recently biffed it on my bike which made me question my riding skills and think to myself that I should probably get past my vanity and invest in a bike helmet. Your video has encouraged me to do so! I hope I can find a bike helmet as cute as yours :) Cheers!

  • @JaxZona13 Thanks for commenting & the sweet words. Glad to know that you too have reflected on the whole bike-helmet issue. It's just good sense to protect the noggin', right? Especially if you've experienced a bit of what a crash is like. There is a Swedish brand that makes this amazing new bike helmet, and I bought it. I may share it in a future video, but the technology is so avant garde (think scarf, think air-pressure chamber, think air-bag helmet). Check out hovding (dot) com & watch! :)

  • @BlushingForeigner Hi Cam! Thanks for recommending the hovding website. I watched the helmet in action and the technology is amazing! You would never know that a helmet was in that scarf/collar (I'm not sure what to call it). I enjoy hearing about your life in Denmark. I'm sure it has been an adjustment for you, but what an amazing experience for you. I live in the U.S., but I enjoy traveling and now I need to add Denmark to the list of places I'd like to visit :) - Jillian

  • Cam, your outfit is so freaking cute. Your legs are fabulous in these jeans! Glad you are enjoying your Sheer Glow and I love the dancing, helmet, and song at the end. This is my sister's go-to karaoke song. Gotta love Dolly!

  • @loriprettysimple Hi there, Lori! Thanks a millions. Your sister has great taste -- that song is also one of my faves for karaoke (only if I'm up on stage with others!). Hope you're doing swell. xo

  • What a hilarious, entertaining video Cammy! And you keep rockin' that bike helmet!

  • @vix4x41 Thank you so much! :)

  • This was the most entertaining video I have seen on You Tube yet! Thanks for bringing out a smile!

  • @cyndipakes Hi Cyndi! Thank you very much. Wowzers, what a sweet comment. :) Glad we could share a smile together! TAke care...

  • This video just made my night. So happy I found your channel!! Finally a YouTuber with some personality :)

  • @slpforeva Thank you so much! You're too kind. It means a lot when people like you watch and then comment with something so nice. :) Welcome to my channel and please 'make yourself at home.'

  • Hey Cam, you aren't the last person to get the NARS foundation, I still haven't gotten and I had it on my list to get, but when I was shopping I couldn't for the life of me remember what I had written, I wrote it down and then forgot the list, duh!! I have to drive 2 hrs. go get to a bigger city where they have Sephora's, there were actually several NARS things I had down, but forgot everyone of them, so you were just almost the last one to get it, lol!! Love your videos!! Laurie

  • @palz4 Hey Laurie! Isn't that funny/annoying...forgetting what it is you absolutely have to buy. The sales associates at Sephora are actually pretty savvy shade-matchers, so next time, you can maybe ask them as well, what would work for you. Who knows! :) Thanks for watching and commenting! Take care... and good luck out there, shopping.

  • I just love your videos - so glad to have found your channel (via MsGoldGirl). Given that you're living in Denmark, I have a question: Someone I knew from Iceland told me that people in Denmark rarely smile - is this true? He said it was hard for foreigners to meet people there. Thanks!

  • @cosmetica529 Hi there! Thanks for finding me through Marnie. She's awesome. Your question was a great one - a real head-scratcher. Your Icelandic friend is right....sort of...To a degree. The Danes don't usually flash smiles around. They smile sparingly at strangers, by and large. From an American perspective, they 'smile' outwardly to strangers quite a bit less. And yes, they are highly guarded, in my experience. But Southern European countries tend to smile less than Americans too (cont.)

  • @cosmetica529 It's funny - Denmark is annually voted the "Happiest Country" on the planet by some silly magazine, like Times or Newsweek. It's hard for some foreigners to believe, but apparently its based on the low expectations that most Danes have. They are logical & sensible, and don't get their hopes up. So when things don't turn to crap, as they may have expected, then the response is: "Wow, thats great!" It's harder to make friend in Denmark, yes, but once you get 'in', you're golden!

  • oh and theirs dancing at the end!!!! LOL this is just as good as a david carrel movie (totally misspelled his name but I think you might not care LOL)

  • you are just so cute and silly funny that I cant take it! I love this video for all the rambling and funny lil side marks ;-)

  • @yhubi Ha ha! Thank you so much. I tend to ramble, and digress and go off on tangents all the time. Thanks for 'playing along' with me. :) I too LOVED Buffy and the great film Crazy STupid Love. Had a sweet message. Take care, sweet one!

  • I just started watching your videos and you are just ridiculously cute and funny I love you all the "buffy" and "crazy stupid love" comments LOL

  • I love Swedish furniture! This video cracked me up-I love it when you cut a little loose!

  • @MsGoldgirl Ha ha. Thanks Marnie! I too love Swedish furniture. It's top-notch. And so is the classic, early-century Danish furniture. Just stunning and timeless. If you tell a Swede that you like Swedish furniture, they'll come back with: "You don't mean Ikea, do you!?" And then you have to dodge them and be like, "Oh no! I like that other... you know!?..." Then let your voice trail off.

    Take care! :)

  • @BlushingForeigner I mean Swedish Country style-it's country without being kitschy (I have no idea how to spell that word). Very clean and modern and yet classic. I like Ikea, but my husband and I have agreed we are officially too old to put together furniture. From now on, preassembled only! BTW, we are the same shade in NARS SG. I didn't think anyone was as pale as me!

  • @MsGoldgirl Yes...I love Swedish country. They use a lot of vibrant blue for paint, on wall and wood, especially in cozy Swedish summer- and lake-houses. I TOO feel too old to assemble my furniture, a la Ikea. Yet the silly word-less instructions leave me feeling like an incompetent kid!!! :)

  • FInds you happily??

You should get anti reflective lenses in your glasses, they are more attractive, aesthetically pleasing, and won't have glare on camera.

  • omg. cam. the dancing, and the dolly. I DIE. I dunno if I've ever loved you more!

  • @beautyandtheblonde91 Ha ha...thanks! Kisses and hugs!! :)

  • @beautyandtheblonde91 Have you ever seen Dolly in concert?! That woman tears it up. She's so committed and into it and hugely entertaining. I thoroughly enjoy seeing her live. :)

  • you are stunning. even with your glasses on :D I love all of the new viewers and the recognition you are getting, much deserved :D OMG your Danish and Norwegian is insane. Its a little ridiculous how pretty it is. You and Rach are GAP twins. If only they made larger sizes. I also do not envy you and your cold weather. Love you dearie :D you wear that helmet ;)

  • @beautyandtheblonde91 Hey babe. Thank you soooo much. My Danish and Norwegian are high-lariously bad. But I needed to attempt something. I am notoriously laughed at for my Danish - but they don't mean it in a mean way. My accent is just funny. How is your French?! Was it hard to learn? Is it cold in Paris right now?! Big crazy hugs, K! xo

  • @BlushingForeigner Had to comment, they laugh at anyones Danish accent. My husband is totally ridiculed at lunch every day. And some days I just can't get a cup of cappucino, because it is just too difficult (but I can do an hours meeting on marketing full on danish). It is just entertaining how much they get joy out of us expats. Especially with the taxes ;-). Sorry it's just too cold and windy. My brain is freezing.

    mila

  • @ddrrssdd Oh gosh, you said taxes...she says with a groan. Rolling her eyes. Those SKAT-folks are ikke min skat! :)

  • You made me laugh. I am very glad you wear your helmet. Love the shirt.

  • @MemoryMaven73 Aw thank you for saying that. I think bike-helmets are just so sensical. That issue drives me bonkers! Take care!

  • what a great personality you have, I wish I lived in an area that is easy to bike around, I just make do with the woods and back country roads. ( as long as its warm) loved the ending! I'm going to check that cyclechic website you mentioned.

  • @truley174 Thanks for watching and writing such a nice note! :) I think mountain biking is pretty fun too -- but I only city-bike here in Denmark. :) I too am weather-sensitive, and when the mercury drops, I call a cab! Lazy me, but I just can't do it. Ha.

  • enjoyed this video, it made me miss Kbh so much! does nars foundation have a specific smell?

  • @TheSeasideCorner Hey...are you from Iceland?! Love that place too. Was in Reykjavik in September. I miss it there. Kop & Kaffe and Kron Kron in 101. :) I don't recall NARS foundation having a smell, but I'll pay close attention tomorrow when I use it. And revise this comment if I find one. Thanks for watching!

  • @BlushingForeigner Hey Cam! thanks for your response :) Yes, I do live in Iceland. But I lived in Kbh for 2 years. The city is like my second home and I try to go there a couple of times a year. So funny with the Kron shoes, we sell them where I work! They are lovely but you´re right, they are pricey BUT for handmade shoes they are probably worth it ;) You should come summer time..yay! Btw, it´s fun to see how you´ve adapted to scandinavian style. I like it too!

  • @TheSeasideCorner You sell them where you work?!? Love it. I want to work where you work. I DIE over kron by kron kron. Literally, I think they are the most imaginative, beautiful, fantastical wonderful shoes, under the sun. :) I FREAKED OUT when I entered that store; the one just off of the walking-street. :) Anywho, take care! Come back and visit us in København one day.

  • you are so funny lol :p

your top is lovely, thank you for sharing the links :)

I remember Buffy :) loved the show

  • @peachy9 THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! :) The top, thanks, it was a good find. Wasn't Buffy a fun show!? So witty and smart!

  • You are just too cute! love it!

  • @1Jenmom Thank you very much, jenmom! :) Appreciate it.

  • hahaha

    I love You girl.

Now I just want to go to Kopenhagen to see You on Your bike ;)

  • @sprytnala Ha! Copenhagen is awesome...and my bike is pink...and my helmet is allright. I'm just a big dork amongst all those things though! :)

  • Great video. What lipstick ru wearing here?

  • @Amandygirl2 Thanks a lot! Sorry that I didn't add the lipstick info. I was wearing Revlon Soft Rose lipstick with Revlon ColorBurst lip gloss in Peony on top. :)

  • Love this video, it made me smile several times...I too am not better then Gap, in fact I actually love Gap jeans :) ~ Kristinn

  • @dizzyjovi There's one person in this world who is better than The Gap, and that is Ryan Gosling, right? All of us other mere mortals do just fine by them! :)

  • Even though there has been countless Nars sheer glow reviews, I loved that you did a review on it anyway because I really enjoy your videos.

  • @snowbunniehoney Thank you so much for saying that. That's nice to hear. Sometimes, it's easy to feel like a hack here on YouTube, because we're all saying the same stuff, ad nauseum. But thankfully I can try to give my opinions my own human touch. Thanks for 'tuning' in and taking the time to comment. :)

  • I LOVE Buffy. Very good review on Nars and love the Buffy-esque top.

  • @ambularofamber THANK You! I love Buffy too. Didn't it rock? Do you know what else rocked? Clueless, the movie, and that awesome character, Ambular! :)

  • Oh my goodness, you had me cracking up. Loved the ending umm hello WITH the Dolly Parton song lol and the cycling stories! Too cute. Can't wait to see more of your videos. :)

  • @PrissyandPink Thank you Prissy! What can I say?! I'm a big ol', double-D-sized fan of Dolly! Who isn't?! Thank you so much for watching.

  • Hahaha I LOVE your bike helmet, made me laugh :))) xx

  • @linsilou25 Thank you SO MUCH! :) Glad you could laugh at it.

  • Dolly Parton is really underrated, I'm pretty sure she could kick Chuck Noris's ass.

  • @leighmarikian Heck yeah, Dolly could kick Walker Texas Ranger's butt. You know it, sista! :)

  • Hey Cam! I love your reviews...especially on "hyped" products. I think the reason they might call it "Sheer Glow" is because of how it looks in photographs where you want to avoid anything too, too glowy and you need at least a slightly semi-matte finish to not look sweaty. Who knows...I could totally be making that up. Maybe Nars is just corrupt and trying to screw with us all!

  • @PowderedPeach Ha! Hey Elizabeth, I think you're fully right. The 'Glow' is probably more a classification for the makeup artists. If that's the case, and they're labeling it as 'not-camera-flash-ready' then they should have thrown in a sunscreen, for good measure. Right!? You love your sunblocks too, I know. Have a good one!! Talk to you soon...

  • @BlushingForeigner You know me so well... I do love me some sunscreen. Living the pale life one day at a time. ;) P.S. I forgot to tell you how hilarious this video was. What was I thinking?!

  • @PowderedPeach Thanks Elizabeth! :) :)

  • spot on girlie that shirt is lovely and very buffy loved her when get a chance do a buffy makeup look. that was a great show loved angel as well.

  • @MakeUpMadeEasy Thank you! Yes, I love and miss Buffy. Haven't watched that new TV show yet, starring Sarah Michelle..but may sample it. Would love to do a tutorial based on her look. We'll see if I muster the courage. I don't have much to teach, I'm still learning myself. :)

  • This was a cute video. It's interesting to hear about the difference in cultures. In Denmark, cycling is big but in Los Angeles, everyone drives a car and your pretty much "immobile" without a car because everything's so far appart and the public transport. sucks.

  • @Evey202 Thank you!! :) Yes, I agree as someone's whose also lived a great deal in LA! Cycling in LA would be so strange, and would probably be dangerous to motorists who would get a heartache at the strange sight of 'person on 2 wheels!?!" Whaaaa? I was so dependent on my car as well there. Take care!

  • I have just subbed to your channel !! I simply love your style and personality !!! :) you made me laugh soo many times !! and please ...Buffy rules !!! :)

  • @MsDominicius Buffy DOES rule. Thank you for saying that. Hee hee. I fully agree. :) Thanks for the very kind comment...and welcome to my channel. :) :) :)

  • Great review. Love that shirt. I laughed no less than 50 times. Lol at your helmet

  • @yasjencon Thank you, missy! You're so kind and supportive. Thank you for indulging me and my wildly random sense of humor. Hope you're doing peachy!

  • OMG, you're so funny! Love your videos, a kiss, from Portugal :)

  • @MyMargaridas Thank you so much! You're sweet. I hope things in Portugal are grand! :)

  • Cammmm! Love the ensemble! I've just embraced the bootie which is saying a lot. I'm boot-obsessed! Where did you get your booties? Love. I have the same Gap jeans and wish I bought them in another colour. Cute vid! Keep it up. Bon wkend! T

  • @638chestnut Hey T. Thank you! The bootie is a fun way of mixing it up! I'm boot-obsessed as well. My shoes are from the Danish brand called Billi Bi. Purchased 1.5 years ago. :) The Gap jeans are fun, but I hardly wear them for some reason, because this strange mauvey/brown color is hard to match with. Anywho...hope you've had a great weekend! :)

  • Forgot to say, love the end :D

  • @dianasmakeupworld Hee hee. Thank you! :)

  • I was "afraid" of trying this foundation because of the "glow" description. If it's a natural finish it sounds like a good choice. But I still have two other foundations to go through first.

  • @dianasmakeupworld Hey Diana! Thanks for commenting. I should have clarified in the video what my skin type is (very dry) because that probably impacts the type of finish the NARS Sheer Glow leaves on your skin. I've heard cases of combination/oily types getting WAY too much glow from that product. Think slick. I think Normal types achieve a nice glow (while Dry/very dry types reach a satin/luminous finish with much less glow). Hope that makes sense. :)

  • Åh! Jag älskar också Acne! <3

  • @ohkrasavica I love Acne, but it's sooo expensive. I have very little from them. :(

  • @BlushingForeigner

Yeah I know! Like 5 years ago it was so cheap but then it got all "hyped" and now they sell tees for like 2000 kronor? Its insane!

  • ohh I love Rules by Mary! Odd Molly has some cute stuff too!

    xxx your swedish follower

  • @ohkrasavica Yes! So you know the brand too?! I want to explore more of it. There's an Odd Molly shop right next to my cupcake shop, and I pass it a lot. Cute stuff, reminds me of the American brand Free People. :) Take care, Sverige!

  • Fun video! Loved the ending :-)

  • @thehipchickonline Ha ha. Thank you! That ending was a big ol' experiment. :)

  • WTF.. hearing about where youre living, its interesting to hear about...type much :)

  • Hi Love your videos! You're very funny, So subtle! Really enjoy where you're living, so interesting of ! And to boot, you're beautiful. Keep using the sunscreen, you'll thank yourself! !!!Keep filming! -K

  • @worksformekd Thank you so much! What a kind and thoughtful comment to read. Means a lot, and I'm very appreciative. You are SO correct about the sunscreen. I'm religious with that stuff, but in my teens and early 20s, I was less so. So I need to make up for it. :) It's critical. Thanks for reminding me...and have a fabulous Sunday!

  • i love dolly parton :)

  • @allyp619 Me too!!! She's my idol. Saw her in concert in Denmark this fall, and it was FANTASTIC! :)

  • You are so classy

  • @princessa7775 Thanks, sweet princess. :)

  • Well, you have the most fashionable (bike)helmet I have ever seen, for sure. So that's a win-win. You are cycling fashionably through Danemark. I'm a dutch chick, so i've not been raised with wearing a helmet while biking. Times are changing though. We do see the occasional responsible parent putting helmets on their kids head. And I'm all for it, even though I'll probably won't be putting one on myself. Nice outfit. Love the boots.

  • @DutchFashionFreak Thanks missy. I just posted a long response to you, but got cut off due to a power outage. Grrrrr....anyways, stay tuned in a few weeks for when I show you & the world my new amazing, Swedish bike helment. It's invisible and discreet, because it's a SCARF that inflates into an airbag helmet. Cool, right?!? Its pricey and new engineering/design, but I believe in my heart of hearts that this invention will revolutionize the way we get around on our bikes. It's fashion! :)

  • Haha, I know exactly what you mean. When I lived in Sweden in a small town, everyone was biking (even when it was snowy and icy, it was crazy!) Girls still dressed so fashionable wearing their high heals while biking like it was nothing. Of course I did it too. I fell a couple times and once my lock froze so I had to walk all the way home. I will never forget that :D Btw, I'm a big fan of swedish fashion too. As much as i love Austria, shopping is so much better in Sweden ;)

  • @eparadise90 Ha ha! You have quite the city-bike tales, having lived in Sweden! Craziness. Yes, the dames in the Nordic countries always impress with their astonishing biking skills...In heels, with an ipod in the ears, in the snow. My problem is, I get cold so easily! I guess you're used to a little sub-zero weather, being from Austria. I love your country so much. I have a friend from Graz. :) Take care!

  • I found your North/South Dakota analogy hilarious. My boyfriend is from South Dakota and he feels North D is inferior to South D. He wouldn't understand why anyone would be obsessed with North D.. I'm from NY and find it all very silly. I'm actually in the process of moving to South Dakota.. I'm not overly excited about it.

    Great video, Cam!

  • @Gennifur Ha ha, gennifur! Love it. My good friends are a married couple from South Dakota, and they say the same thing about ND. Makes me a bit sad for them, no!? I, like you, find the whole intra-state/inter-nation one-up-man-ship a bit silly! Thanks for watching and commenting! :)

  • Haha tundra of the Nordic north! :D Have you ever been to Finland? It's freezing here but we have a ton of snow and the sun is shining. It's absolutely gorgeous! Until you go outside that is. But people are still riding their bicycles, without helmets of course. :)

  • @beautyrelatedthings Ha ha! The 'tundra'. You've noticed that I have a flair for the dramatic. Denmark is hardly the tundra, I realize. No, I've never been to Finland, but it's on my list of 'must-see' countries. It's wonderful that you have both sun and snow. The sun abandons Denmark all winter. It's pretty sad, really. It's so gray. And you crazy Nordic folks, still plowing through on your bikes, snow and all. Impressive. :)

  • i´m probably one of those who don´t wear cykelhjelm much, too much hassle and ruins my hairdo.lol. your helmet looks cool though. nice funny touch in the end.

  • @missdameblush Ha ha. Thanks so much...well your awesome little country has invented the world's coolest invention since the dawn of inventions. And I got my hands on it. It's the hovding. Google Hovding (dot) se and let the magic unfold. I actually own this cykelhjelm and it's changing my life. I may post something about it. It's the new airbag helmet...that looks like a scarf. Amazeballs, but pricey. Check it out. The bike helmet now no longer interferes with your hair! Take care...

  • you're great!

  • @anusky1973 Why thank you! :)

  • so cute! Love the bike helmet ;)

  • @djbrec Thank you. Yes, for a bike helmet, I've definitely seen worse. :) Thanks for watching!

  • No, you're not the last person to get Nars Sheer Glow...lol...I still don't have it but it's on my wishlist :D Maybe someday when I get through my hoard of foundations/bb creams I shall own it. Love your blouse btw and I especially love your sense of humor :D (New subbie here and really loving your videos...found you through Rachel ;)

  • @MakeupObsessedSteph Thanks Steph! Appreciate the nice comment. I saw you do videos too -- looking forward to checking them out! I too have a crazy stash of foundations, and I guess I've complicated matters by falling in love with a new one. Whooops. Oh well. I'll get through the pile one day. Take care....hope you're having a great weekend!

  • Lol I loved this video!

  • @EricaHoneyBFly Thank you sooo much! :)

  • love it - just watched this whilst getting ready for work and yes in this cold weather I often feel chic before I walk out the door but then by the time I wrap up...ehhh..?? ;)

  • @MsRichella Yes...it's true. In the winter, it's all about feeling pretty good about how you look when you leave your door, only to arrive at another one with a crazy runny nose! (from the nippy cold, obviously) Oh well. Spring will come someday. Thanks for commenting! :)

  • Just looked at that site you've mentioned. wow. Cycling in snow and rain, while wearing Vogue worthy outfits. Hardcore. And they are all good looking. I think I need to move to Denmark.

  • @WhenInNet Yes, you seem to get it! :) Denmark is over the top beautiful, in harbor landscapes, architecture and citizenry. Seriously. It's pppretty. And very 'en vogue.' The downside to that, in my opinion, is too many people putting their vanity above their safety...which I don't get! : / But yes, girls wear stilettos and ipods in their ears, and flowing cape-jackets, all while weaving in and out of traffic in style. To each is own! :)

  • Oh, and I'm totally not better than the Gap! Okay, done with my comment spam. Love you and your black cocoon hat. lol

  • disclaimer: it always annoys me when other people leave comments like this. #enddisclaimer do you ever watch law & order: svu? it just occurred to me that you look like alex cabot (stephanie march). she's badass on the show - it's definitely a compliment! :D

  • @jemorjerrica Hey again. No, I haven't seen that run-off of Law & Order. But I IMDB'd her...and thank you very much! What a babe... Have a great weekend! :)

  • nars sheer glow is one of my all-time favorite foundations. i think you would definitely like bourjois healthy mix if you've never tried it - it's very similar to nars sheer glow in terms of coverage and wear time, and it's half the price. i love how nars has so many shade options. <3

  • @jemorjerrica Hey Jessica! Yes, exactly, now I finally get the hype. For normal/dry skin types, this foundation delivers in spades! I've been super intrigued by the Bourjois Healthy Mix. Do you have that one...in the normal or the serum? I heard the serum could be more apropros for drier types... Anywho, if/when I go back to the UK or France...I'm buying it! :)

  • Your glasses look great on you. What lipstick are you wearing?

  • @jrdroptini Thanks so much! Sorry that I didn't add the lipstick info. I was wearing Revlon Soft Rose lipstick with Revlon ColorBurst lip gloss in 008 Peony on top. :)

  • Completely adorable video!!

  • @rbbusch1 Awwww. Many thank yous. : )

  • love your channel!

  • @TwoOpinions Thank you, ladies, very much! :) Have a fab weekend.

  • Now that's what I call entertainment! Love your videos!

  • @gamecockfamily Thank you so much! I love you for watching. :)

  • #LIVINGINTHEPAST! This is why I love you so much. Speaking of which, I love the shirt! It's like..chic milk maiden gear (...?). You get the drift..lol. You are built like a ballerina! #hot. I'm also giddy to hear that the wrong that Chanel did to you was righted by NARS. Getting a staple dc'd is like...devastating on a shallow level. HA! Neither of us are better than the Gap!! Love it. ROFL @ the dancing with the helmet! This is why I love you so much. BRILLIANT! <333 xxx

  • @MakeupNeverSleep "Chic milk maiden". LOVE it. I see some germanic heidi klum-esque broad in a semi-slutty dirndl, cleavage tastefully spilling out. Both demure & come-hither. That's my style, w/all the ruffles! Thanks for the too-kind compliments about my build (not 'ballerine-esque' at all!). More knobby and asymmetrical. :) But thanks! Yes, I'm over Chanel...like, who needs Chanel?!, so now I turn to NARS. I borrowed some of your dance moves, hope you don't mind. You can get them back. ;) xo
