i hope a version 2 comes out where u can have more horses, more coats, more breeds (including drafts and lil' ponies), more shows and show types and breeding. Also, the choice to have LONG MANES! short manes annoy me :P

If you have the game on the easy level then the horse jumps be istelf, but if its on medium or hard you have to make it jump!

The game is available on the PC and PS2. The games are identical on both versions.

I'm confused - do you get to tell the horse when to jump (spacebar, key, etc.) or do you just point and it jumps itself?

That depends on which difficulty setting you choose. On normal and hard difficulty modes, you will need to tell your horse when to jump. On easy difficulty mode, your horse will jump automatically.

The horses don't have pre-set personalities. The game has a feature where you can care for your horse by grooming, feeding, petting him. The way you care for your horse will affect its happiness and ability to compete in the equestrian events. We made the horses in the game so that they are well-behaved; they will not rear, buck or kick. But your horse will react in various ways to how you care for him, including tossing his head or showing appreciation for a treat you've given him.
