You're right. But they both belong to their respective time periods. It would be like comparing a Spitfire to a modern Eurofighter. The Eurofighter would obviously win, but in its day, the Spitfire was the cutting edge of aviation technology and even today is the icon of British resiliance, resolve, and pride. I think the same applys to HMS Victory and HMS Warrior.
