I am so confused by Oprah. She is very nice but it seems like she supports who she interviewing then spits them up when people she interviews talk about them.She was interviewing MJ then when lissa marie presley was being interviewed by her she spit on him. Oprah is not remembering MJ.. She's just trying to make a judgement and her judgement is clouded by her own abusive childhood... I don't think she likes MJ.. she's still thinking he's a phedofile...

@luvumoret Regardless of what people say, there will always be those who believe he was a pedophile. I don't think he was, but I must admit that the Jordie C case still baffles me. I think there was something else going on (outside of blackmailing MJ for money) that MJ didn't want to reveal and that's why he paid the Evan C off. The second case was obviously about money. And if Oprah has her doubts she knows why she has them. We may not agree but she has the right to think what she wants.

@dbastard1977 He didn't pay Evan C off. That's absurd. EC went straight to MJ and asked bluntly for millions of dollars or else he would sue. MJ refused, and EC then said "I'm going to ruin you!" and ran off to a civl lawyer (NOT a criminal lawyer...NOT the police....) in attempts to make a settlement deal with MJ. EC WANTED a settlement. To say that MJ payed him off makes no sense because he had the chance to pay him off the first time when EC came to him for money, but MJ refused to pay.

@dbastard1977 continued: MJ wanted to fight it, but business associates and his lawyers informed him that the best thing to do would be to settle. He would lose 50xmore of the cost of the settlement if he canceled his tour for a trial. This was a smart BUSINESS decision to settle, but a very dumb decision overall because it paved the way for others to sue MJ because, "why work when you can sue MJ?" There are books made further about the subject, you can read them.

MJ was innocent in both cases.

@dbastard1977 continued: Besides, there was an open investigation on MJ for the Jordie C case...they searched everything of his--including his privates! Jordie even drew a pic of MJ's genitals, and they did not match MJ's actual genitalia. Jordie claimed MJ was circumcised, while Michael was not. So the idea that MJ payed to shut up EC is ridiculous considering MJ turned down E's first plead for money (if he would've paid, none of the investigation or rumors or allegations would have happened.)

In it, he says: "I'm going to destroy him, he will not sell one more record, he will be humiliated, and I've hired the biggest meanest SOB attorney who will cut down everyone who doesn't give me what I want," he then said he doesn't care what happens to his son in the process. Jordie C refused to testify in the case. It was all his father Evan's idea. Then in 2006 he sued MJ AGAIN for his HIStory alum-

Tell me, if your son was viciously molested--would you want him behind bars or would you want to sing songs about it while your sons molester produces your album?

Evan Chandler then committed suicide in 2009, a few months after he learned of MJ's death.

You won't understand the full case unless you read about it, but I hope I helped you somewhat.

@ellos34 - Just like you, I also cry when I watch this. When I found out Michael Jackson died, I cried on my front porch for two in a half hours. I really miss Michael Jackson. He was the best entertainer and dancer. When I dance, I use his songs. He was the man who got me into dancing, and now today I am a very, good dancer.
