@ahmsak This is a classic minisseries from Brazil that aired in 1990 at TV Cultura de São Paulo - somehow equivalent to PBS in the US. The name of this show, "Um Banho de Aventura", means "An Adventure Bath". It tells the story of a boy, Júlio, whose cuddle lion, named Léo, is sent to the dry cleaner by his mother. Júlio claims that Léo hates taking a bath and heads to the dry cleaner to save him. Once there, he realizes that Léo disappeared and he "enters" into a washing machine to rescue him.

@ahmsak We can say that this is somehow a kids brazilian version of Alice in Wonderland. "Um Banho de Aventura" was a huge success and is currently shown durring reruns of another kids classic show of the 90´s, "Ra Tim Bum".

This show led to another classic that has been on air for 15 years, "Cocoricó", - whose main character is Júlio. One of the trademarks of the show is the song played in the begining, that keeps repeting "Where´s leo, where´s Leo? Where have Leo been?"
