i must say, i have a lhasa and it's my first dog ever and i am 21,he is my life. His name is Minus, every time i come home its like as if he has an invisible trampoline and his tail wags like crazy. they such fun and loyal dogs, i REALLY don't understand how people could treat them this way. He sits on my lap all the time, i share my pillow with him and his favorite treat is ham! oh god does he go crazy for it. you guys are my heroes, never give up your fight to rescue these precious guys!

I have one shihtzu too and I love her so much. For me shihtzus are the nicest and cutest dogs. I wish I could take this one and have a friend for your princess.

..wow..its just really sad to heard that the cute little dog was blind..well im worried sick about my shih tzu..she has a cataract on her eyes..and i hate to think that she might be blind someday!..too bad our country was on a very big crisis..and many people needs money...so i think i will wait until i have money..so i can send her to the veterinarian and be cured..huhu..

i rescued a shih tzu, muffin, from a puppy mill, and i dont know what i would do without her. she is my best friend and i cant believe these dogs are being treated like this in those stupid puppy mills, its heartbreaking. please rescue a dog!!

What a sweet baby. I had a Pekingese whom I adopted who was blind from neglect and abuse. She passed away last summer. Thank God for people like you who take care of these little creatures. How could anyone mistreat such precious little angels. I hope the state of Texas was able to close down the place she came from.

Puppy Farms are an increasing problem and such breeders care little about their puppies beyond the profit thy can make from them. I hope this does not often happen and the breeder has learnt their lesson?

Please don't buy puppies unless you can see where they were born or without seeing their parents! Many will sell these animals online and meet you in a parking lot, so that you can't see the horrible and deplorable conditions these animals are kept in!

God bless you for all that you do. I have 3 shih tzus of my own; and I can't imagine life without them (all of them are rescues of course). It amazes me how these dogs that once had terrible lives can still be so loving. I always tell people that rescue dogs really seem to "appreciate life," much like Mae is showing us in this video.

Great video. I have a Lhasa and owned a shihtzu for many years she died of old age. I will always rescue one instead of buying. My Peach my Lhasa I rescued or I should say she rescued me 8 years ago. I love her so much, she is always with me, she loves to be groomed she smiles.

If that happens, i don't know if I have to see her in that situation because I don't want to be sad, or is it not right to let her see you for the last time? to at least make her happy for the last time. . . i don't want to lose my dog. . .
