People who are not Black African would think they all look alike but they DONT. Actually if you want to look at the facts, america forced japans hand during WWII. Japan was in an expanding fase, as a result, they entered areas where the americans and british had an interest in ceeping clear, china etc. what then happened was, and keep in mind that the attacks that took place in the late 1800's, was NOT on american soil, that hull issued an ultimatum to tojo saying, more or less, that if they did not stop their expansion, they would cut of their oil supply.
