you can make your own water slide tranfers by brushing diluted elmer's [water based] glue on to paper, allow it to dry before spraying a few layers of non-glossy varnish or acrylic medium, allow it to dry for a few minutes, now you can print on it with your inkJet/laser photopier then spray the printed side w/ spray adhesive before pasting it onto any surface and wet the paper before wet sliding it.

@worldwildwest i tried it and the ink just sat on top. no good, maybe just use the glue print and then use spray?
