Thank you for the great video! It came out really good. If you like try this: melt a little butter on low heat, add onion make it golden and add some garlic. then add that mix to your sauce along with some all spice and cook exactly the same way as you did. Something to try.
I have made a similar one in the past with a couple of differences. I usualy chop the onion because grating it gives me more water that i don't need :)
And i use fresh parsley!
I suppose that the smell of the meatloaf must have been awesome.. I was looking at it and i brought my smell to my nose!!

I've never seen it made like this before, with the tomatoes and the tomato sauce around it. Definitely going to make it, looks so moist and yummy.
