Yes, if you only count the F1 races there. Emerson's perfect record is forever since this circuit is no more. Funny how a top modern circuit designed to "cure" all the dangers of Spa (which up to 1970 indeed was lethal) neither appealed to the drivers nor the audience.
A flop of a circuit if there ever was one. Well, maybe the Sitges Terramar circuit in Spain, but that still looks part usable after being abandoned for 80 years or so.
