@Boyle360 The acting's not terrible at all. Slow paced scenes are the most dull to watch. Dialogue like this flows much better and seems more natural, like an actual conversation. It sounds like it's being said off the cuff, instead of having been rehearsed like most productions on here.

@Boyle360 Ijust did Honk for the first year of my Higher National Diploma and our director always wanted our words to flow off the tongue such as his do. Granted, his articulation isn't perfect, but it's clearly no 'unfunny' since the audience are laughing. I'll check out this video of yours. :)

@ElphabaEmerald182 When he says stuff, it's not natural. It's not like he's reacting to what Ugly says, he just says it all the same and too fast. Monotonous.

He's far from terrible and I can understand if people rush through their lines without realising, having practiced many many times already. I know my stuff sir, no need to be cheeky.

Im currently in a Honk produtcion in portugal, playing the part of Barnacles ( one of these geese the one that says "sorry sir "), Chorus, and As Jack Daw ( the reporter)

The only thing i found wrong with this video, is the speed of speech sometimes, couldnt catch the words, and could have gotten so many more laughs =))

Great acting non-the-less, and well done to everyone Involved!! Kudos

Hard to believe how amazing the songs from this musical are. This one is just so catchy! Every time I hear it it's stuck in my head every day. Oh, and the actors for your production are adorably perfect. They really get in character and whoever casted them for you was a genious ;)

It was sooo good! we did this last year at school--i really wanted to be in this part.

Only problem that really presented itself was your Cat upstaged him/herself (i'm sorry i couldn't see Cat's face to tell..). Greylag did very well, though, during his speaking parts..did seem a little rushed though. Definitely great. =]

Greylag's apathy and meekness ruin this for me, frankly . . . he has to be blustery and pompous! And no offense, but the voice wasn't too stellar.

Dot's very sweet, though her voice isn't quite up to the range of this piece. Good acting, though!

I've done honk before, I was Dot (Head female goose) Greylag is supposed to have bad comic timing, it's part of his character. He's too uptight to understand anything.
