I was able to get this the first time I started a game, but on every other new game I just go right to "never guess who's awake".

well it is hidden since , the game designers dont expect you to wait on the title screen and not play the game...thats exactly why some games run the intro before showing the title screen(man i cant believe i missed this intro to saints row 2, im soo angry this is the first time im seeing this intro!)
