How tall are U? I notice you use two risers. I've been teaching step so long im down to no risers because my knees hurt so bad:(

I'm glad to know that someone else is in my shape. I've been teaching step for years. I used to do it with double risers. Now I use no risers. I started wearing knee wraps during my classes, and I have no pain.
