a plastic bag over the pillow helps too just to reduce the friction between the bum and the car seat, I had both hips done within 2 months of each other, and Im 29... Too young is wut all the docs have been saying but I just went forward with it because my pain was too severe... good job with the steps and procedures for all others to see...
