easy way to get rid of wrinkles is to get a heat gun or hairdryer and go over the wrinkles and at the same time use your fingers or some tool to push the wrinkles out, always start from the middle of the surface and push out, dont go one side to the other.

this is a great way to mod a keybord or mouse if you dont want to do a lot of sanding and painting. you can even do a full PC like this, not as good as a paintjob but still looks good.

I am not familiar with your particular keyboard, but if you are able to completely remove the piece you are working on, it would save you quite a bit of hassle and work covering it.

Also if you use a spatula from the kitchen, you can use it to spread out the vinyl, and also to press the film into the corners (what you did with your thumb nail)

clean the part that u stick the sticker on, otherwise you get bubbles.

it wouldve been over by 1 video if he just completely dissassembled it and removed the plate rather than remove the keys

Actually, no...

The G15 takes a while to take apart all the way to the plate (I've done it) and then you still have to take all the keys out as they are stuck in the plate (the silver you see below where the keys were, is the same piece as where he put the vinyl film on)

Have u ever pulled up beside a car (pajerty) & see little bubbles all over the rear window tint.This is due 2 people that dont know how 2 install the film in the first place & usually a) do it dry (some film wont work that way) or b) dont squeegee them out (soap solution people!).Do sum homework & find out how window tint is properly applied with a solution & squeegee. Do the exact samething here & u wont be ripping it off & back on like dude.Plus it will turn out perfect. Make sure 2 let it dry

man i cant believe i didnt break that orange thing, lol i didnt watch any vids on taking it apart and im not very tec savy so i didnt no it would be there, seriously no idea how i didnt break it, i did however break one of the clippy bits when taking the black cover bit off, but nothing major, good luck guys
