It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people we all should demand that the police protect the constitution of the United State if they violate our rights they should go to prison The constitution more important than the rich people that they protect, they do not protect the average citizen The only thing that police give the average citizen is a traffic ticket that backdoor 4 the powerful people wife and I taking out our motor home and beaten jailed police will hurt you.

I don't know what it is in the States. But in Canada it's the Police Act. Failure to abide by the Act (which is the rules that govern the Police) is a criminal offense. Of course, it's hard to charge someone who doesn't identify themselves.

They work for us. You have a right to ask your employee their name. If these were private individuals -- or even if they were off duty, they would have no obligation to identify themselves.

Becuse they are bound by the rules of the contracts they've signed. The big thing about No Victim, No Crime, or as it's called in law: CORPUS DELICTI For there to be a crime, corpus delicti must be established. Beyond that is simply policy enforcement, which is only applicable to the average citizen, because they have entered into contracts agreeing to follow the corporations policy. These contracts are hidden in licenses, SSN's, etc. If you apply and are issued by gov't, your in contract
