If U mean Octave is as same as Transpose, Yes it has.

But Transpose in Wave file, I think they don't have it.

I'm talking more like.. if I know how to play a song in like G sharp and the song is in E would I be able to change the pitch transposing keys.. ?

Can you use the Microkorg XL's pitch and mod wheel in Reason and Ableton as midi control?

I think U can do that by config cc in Micro korg XL and Reason.
