Since YouTube only gives you 10 minutes to do a video, how were you able to put videos up on YouTube longer than 10 minutes? Like for example, your video named How to play Comptine d'un autre été: L'apres midi is exactly that amount of time. So why don't you make it so that your video length for all your videos that are longer than 10 minutes? How were you able to upload your videos that's 10+?

One video is of me playing, and the other video is of the Disklavier player piano playing back my recorded performance by itself. I use a simple cross-dissolve transition in iMovie to get the effect that you mentioned.
