it's ok, but it's quicksand you see. there are many types of quicksand & these are one of their kind & it's very difficult. to spot because it's really covered with water mostly during high tides.

Water circulation underground can focus in an area with the optimal mixture of fine sands and other materials such as clay. The water moves up and then down slowly in a convection-like manner throughout a column of sand, and the sand remains a generally solid mass.
This is just liquifaction in action. Really cool to watch, not quick sand though
