The NSAC tests for a basic menu of drugs. The IOC estimates that anywhere from 70-100 designer drugs are developed every year. The NSAC has not updated their testing protocols in 15 years, that i sas many as 1500 drugs out their for which the NSAC has no test.

I believe Pac's fight against Clottey was a staged fight and therefore a dry run "without" PED's to see where he stood. While it was an easy win over Clottey and everyone was on the bandwagon, when you analyze the fight pac was really not that impressive. His punches had no pop and he looked tired and slow while missing almost 1,000 punches against an immobile target.
