It really depends on your reaction time. If you are REALLY good at timing, then I would watch the light circle around with your peripheral vision while staring at the green bulb that you want to stop it on. Then, time your button pressing when it reaches that green bulb. OTHERWISE, if that doesn't work, you need to choose a white bulb a couple of spaces before the green one and hit the button. If you can be consistent, then you can judge which white bulb to use to get the correct timing.
