@jadeinshades Hello, the bigger the Wacom tablet the better really. I use a small one called a Bamboo but that was simply because I couldn't afford a bigger one at the time.
I'm a lil confused. You don't use toonboom on the tablet right? You use toonboom on a laptop/pc and plug the tablet into the usb? Just hoping to clarify, probably unnecessary. Also have seen different prices, should I go big, or will one of the baser models work sufficiently? Thanks for your response.
@jadeinshades Your right, you plug the tablet in via USB like a mouse. They all work well just depends on your budget. I prefer working on a bigger tablet.
@epopelka If you mean importing a picture/ cutting it up and rigging it you can buy a video demonstration on the Toon Boom website. I have never done it personally.
I have never experienced anything like that. Occasionally when I first open up Toon Boom my Wacom it takes a while to get going but once it does its normally fine.
I don't know how anyone does animation without a tablet. I have the Intuos3 and my sanity only exists because of the programmable buttons on either side.
This was not anything to do with bamboo. It is a Video journal of what you are thinking about.
It shows nothing of Wacom nor does it show using it with Toon Boom. Help clean up the net and Tag your stuff properly.
Thank you

I have a problem with my Wacom Tablet. While working in Toon Boom Studio and drawing quickly It doesn't recognise every 5th stroke I make. Any Help?

Does toon boom work with tablets NOT made by wacom? PLEASE ANSWER!

Hello. I have only used a wacom but I'm sure fifferetn brands would work. If it works on your computer it will work with Toon Boom.
Thanks. Jon.

Thanks very much, I was worried as toon boom seemed to do nothing but promote wacom's tablets. Thought that would all that would work.
