At this time actually is very easy to purchase this board. Even, Digikey has the C version of Beagle Board. I hope you can purchase it in future, it's a great tool for beginners, regards!!
FYI update, Rev C4 is 720MHz now and it is used in many phones (Droid, N900, Palm Pre, ...). xM version this summer will be over 1GHz.

Very difficult to get this board outside of USA!! There are many restrictions for export this kind of technology outside.. SO SAD!!!

Where are you from? Digikey told me they'can ship to Turkey for $60. What kind of problems you had?
