From what I remember Azeroth is only a few km long. The smaller titan is about 12/13km long. Erebus around 16km. Scale of all the ships is a bit bad but you did what you could.

Fun fact: A large thermal smartbomb could burn down all of Azeroth in one burst.

@MrAber28 Actually, all of these ships are made of tritanium which is totally unstable in atmosphere. Even the frigates would have exploded. Still, it's really nice to see WoW players being slaughtered.

@Xideinis the tritanium is alloyed with other materials so that the internal atmosphere and external gasses don't cause it to explode, though yeah, pure tritanium is unstable in atmospheres. also most space-faring ships have a paint job that would protect the important metal tritanium bits from atmospheric conditions.

I forget the exact dimensions, but they're on the order of 14km in length, and yes are large enough to cause tidal effects on planets. I remember reading in some of the lore that an Erebus once got close enough to a planet to cause massive tidal waves, creating laws preventing Titan's from actually getting that close to planets.

@Possatboi What is a WOW PVP VET? Anyone who use to PVP in wow is a VET ...I sure wouldnt brag about the PVP anything in WOW....since it was a adapted and at best it has always been eh in pvp. Though it is a easy game to PVP in and 6 to 80 can be good at wow pvp. Hell my a few years ago my 12 year old at the time daughter was insane at the pvp in WOW but it was because it was WOW PVP. WOW is a far better PVE / carebear game ..

Well if you wanted to be completely realistic to evelore, the ships would explode the second they entered the atomsphere. You know that whole tritanium instability in atmospheric conditions thing. A titan in low orbit would not cover sky. in the case of earth it would appear to be about the size of a shoe box from the surface, example the avatar is about 13.8km (8.5 miles) Low earth orbit is roughly 2,000km (1,240 miles)

@Lokivoid Actually now that I think about it if you really want to be realistic to eve lore tritanium is only used in the ships structural frame work because of it's ionstability in atmospheric conditions. The ship's living quarters (which they still have even with the pods) have atmospheric conditions in them. So... basically the ship's tritanium structure is in some way isolated from the ships interior and in the event of atmospheric flight likely isolated from the exterior aswell.
