great video man, I would love to be part of the partner program but I need someone to take the time and review my vids. I am willing to pay you for this service. I just need to know which ones need to go and what ones can stay. My reason for this is I don't want to start all over with a new channel. Umm, as long as your allowed to upload the video you would be fine.

I've seen some channels that are partners that upload video game reviews, so if I were you I'd try and get in contact with one of them.

I think you can be a partner without a AdSence account, but you can't make money. I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure.

Umm, if you have  a blackmark on your account that MIGHT stop you from getting a partnership. But since it was a year ago, and you did not break any other rules (If you didin't) you should be fine
