We did extensive research on viscoelastic mattresses. Tried numerous makes and models. Narrowed it down to two: The new Tempurpedic "Cloud-luxe" and the Bergad Isoform "Luna" mattress. In the end we chose the Bergad and we're glad we did! The folks at the factory couldn't have been nicer in terms of making sure the mattress was shipped properly and expeditiously to us (in Canada). The Luna mattress is wonderful! Firm but not too firm. Very similar to the Temp. Cloud-luxe but for 1/3 the price!

Some online reviews I've heard rave about the Bergad vs. the Tempurpedic, but my biggest concern is not only with their horrible customer service, but since the holes in the visco-elastic foam are bigger than Tempurpedic's, they probably break down ten times faster, too. The whole thing probably craps out in less than a year.

oh you also have to pay for the shipping costs when you return it. It cost me $150-$200. Customer service is terrible. I wish I never ordered from them.

what was the longest ownership of a customer with one of these mattresses? Any info on how many warranty claims this company has per year?
