The statistics are somewhat warped. Most youngters who get hiv are from Africa, and they are born with it. Each country has a different story to tell. In Russia, yes 50% of hiv is in 15-25. This is because they do drugs. In 3rd wordl africa, it is child birth. In the West, it's mainly sexual intercourse, but the numbers are a lot lower.
