Every time I hear him sing now, I miss him again. I literally grew up in the 50's - remember my grandmother being "scandalized" by Elvis on Ed Sullivan. @thecolaratlady mom died in sept 2010 i THINK,I had to fly from colorado to n.o. to get to her hospice,numerous family members insisted on pissing me off, so i packed up and left.let them deal with the shit.havent talked to them since, the nurse called me a cpl days later telling me the dr said her lips were turning blue, fingertips etc. so would be any time..she called back about an hr later saying that she had went to hell where she belongs..err i mean died.
I didn't see them dying but I saw them getting worse and worse. It was bad enough. They were both so lively before... and to make matters worse my uncle isn't even speaking to us anymore when we should get closer. Sorry about your mother too... there's nobody else that loves me more than mine does, although we have our conficts from time to time I always regret it.

@thecolaratlady mom died in sept 2010 i THINK,I had to fly from colorado to n.o. to get to her hospice,numerous family members insisted on pissing me off, so i packed up and left.let them deal with the shit.havent talked to them since, the nurse called me a cpl days later telling me the dr said her lips were turning blue, fingertips etc. so would be any time..she called back about an hr later saying that she had went to hell where she belongs..err i mean died.

I didn't see them dying but I saw them getting worse and worse. It was bad enough. They were both so lively before... and to make matters worse my uncle isn't even speaking to us anymore when we should get closer. Sorry about your mother too... there's nobody else that loves me more than mine does, although we have our conficts from time to time I always regret it.
