the best tip i can give you is.... 2 days before just drink as much water as you can before you throw up. in turn this will stretch out your stomach! the goal of water to drink starting out is goin to be 1 1\2 gallons. when you can get that down and hold it, you'll be able to eat at least 25 krystals!

Thanks for the tip man! It came a few days after the contest but thanks anyways. I ate 15 in 5 minutes and won against 11 other guys on south beach. $500 was the prize. Thanks again!!!
