Yeah, ObamaCare is clearly what's corrupting the political system, and not the powerful, multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical and health insurance companies. Cause we all know that employees and small businesses who can't afford to buy health insurance can afford to buy politicians, and we all know that drug manufacturers and health insurance companies are doing quite poorly under the present system and have neither the motivation nor the money to stop ObamaCare.

The people in our government is what we voted for. I have read, more than once this country was founded on biblical terms. Voters have also wanted God out. So why are we crying over what our government and President are doing. All the garbage that is going on in our government. One person could make a difference. MoJoSB - Without profit, the health car industry ceases to exist. It costs from between $500 million to $2 BILLION to develop and market a new medicine in the U.S.A. @MoJoSB You're absolutely right. Capra and Stewart were conservatives, but don't any Republicans kid themselves. The private sector and big business is exactly what mister Taylor stood for in the movie. It's exactly what Republicans fight for on a daily basis: Less tax breaks on big business's. The health-care industry in this country is a "for profit" industry, and when you have people's health being run as a business, the business will always do what makes it the most money.

Call me a foolhardy optimist, an idealistic conservative, maybe even a naive constitutionalist, but I know in my heart that these men are here amongst us. They walk next to us everyday. I pray everyday that they will find the strength, the vision and the voice to say what needs to be said and push back to the powers that be. It was not easy in the 18th century, it will not be easy in the 21st, but push back we must. Our victory may not come on Sunday, but if not, it will come in November.

I whole heartedly agree! Where are our Daniels? Where are our Josephs. Where are the leaders that will not compromise their values and will do what's right in the face of adversity, no matter what? God uses people like these as examples and beacons of REAL "Hope & Change" because they fear and love Him more than they do man or his machinations. You can't serve your fellow countrymen if you neither know or respect any law higher than yourself.
