open ur ipod it worked for me and it will work for u....once u opended it try to clean but gently.....first watch the video called"lori & mark episode 5-how to fix your ipod" watch it than do it.

i kno wat to do open ur ipod wit a knife it work forked for me and try to clean it inside.....it works 100%

try giving it a good smack on the top right corner. worked on the 2nd hit for mine

try holding it put the face in ur palm and then smack the back if it doesnt work the first time try again, not resposible if you screw it up
