Sorry you feel this way, @TalladegaTom, but part of emergency planning is trying to plan for all of the contingencies. Were an actual emergency to occur, there would most likely be media coverage, so emergency planners need to practice what they would say, in order to get the clearest message out to the public.
I'm sorry, but this seems like a tremendous waste of time and resources.
Is this what our "Emergency Planners" are busy doing?
