USA Tomahawks is where you need to look. Domestic USA Rugby League is AMNRL and USARL. The real sport we love. Aussie rules does not have an Australian team it's so unsupported.

Actually diakr0n, broken bones are fairly common,as are concussions and other related injuries. Unfortunately the rules have been modified to restrict the collisions a bit but in the good old days 10 years ago a good perfectly legal hit would break ribs. That still happens - you have to have a special sort of courage to back into a pack not knowing what might be coming at you. Aussie rules is a VERY tough game, despite some of the posts on here from the rugger buggers from NSW or QLD.
