  • Amen! Thanks for posting.

  • Jim has a beautiful voice!

  • My favorite albums are Side By SIde, Stand By The Power, Let The Wind Blow and Imperials Legacy

  • Is this the same Jim Muray that played with Quicksilver Messenger Service back in the 60's??

  • I have this video. Notice the backup singers: the one on the left is the late Pam Morales (future member of the Imperials), next to her is Melody Tunney (First Call) who I think wrote this song with her husband.

  • My very favorite song of Jim Murrays, he is a truly gifted tenor. The words are so inspiring, you rededicate yourself to the Lord. He also has some solo music and sang with the Gaither Vocal Band.

  • Yes, he did and my favorite song he did with them is "New Wine".

  • such great quality! love the old school synth / stage piano setup - no other sound quite like it!

  • Love Jim Murray. I wonder if any is solo material is available. The Imperials have gone through many transitions, and yet, they are still putting out music. God bless them for their enduring recording ministry.

  • That's what you call "Praise"

    Jim sings from heart.

It evokes me the desire to worship God from What He gives

  • Great video! Does anyone know about any clips with Sherman Andrus and Terry Blackwood in them, perhaps from Andrus, Blackwood and Co? Sherman has sung at the church I pastor several times in the past few years and still is a powerful witness with a wonderful voice..even sweeter with age.

  • Andrus, Blackwood & Co. Soldiers of the Light is on YouTube

  • Just think about how simple and yet how powerful message. Even the praise that we raise to the Lord comes from Him because He fill our mouth with words of worship. What a special song!!! Praise His name!!!

  • I saw the imperials in Chicago "82" I was blown away by this group. Jim is probably my favorite tenor. I was blessed by this song, Praise God!

  • WoW! You'll never know how much this video has blessed me!

  • Great quality and wonderful PRAISE!

  • This is during Jim's moustache era, probably '84-'85. Great song.
