  • Easy win for Byers!

  • I love how #25 (zelepukin?) acts like a mouse with miller..then Kenny shows up and all of a sudden he tries to act all hard. LOL

  • draw

  • Miller and Dayneko nose to nose for a moment. That would have been a good one.

  • LB with the win.

  • I believe this was during the 87-88 playoffs and this fight preceded the Shoenfeld-Don Koharski "have another doughnut" incident in the hallway

  • Byers with NARROW WIN as he was more active of the two and landed really some nice shots.

Byers was a fitgher who throws up nicely many punches in his all fights but wasn't similar punching machine than Twist or J.Kordic.

He throws up usually those short but sharp shots.

  • TROY CROWDER IS MY UNCLE

  • ALL BYERS

  • Byers with the easy victory

  • Byers punches all missed, Crowder with the win.

Bizzangle go back in your trailer and shut the fuck up! lol>>>>>>>>>

  • @kyle30bech Yeah...at roughly 6-7 seconds Crowder voluntarily snaps his head backward.

  • Decision: Byers...not an ass kicking, but a win.

  • Decision:Byers

  • wonder why half the season byers was with the farm team not the bruins.....hhhmmmm, talent issue perhaps? was miller that much more talented?

  • Wrong. Hello. His job was to fight not score 50 goals. And boy oh boy did he kick ass.Another in a long list of legendary Bruin scrappers.

  • Calm down.

    It was just a joke.

  • typical nj home game. there were about 100 people in the stands that game. half were boston fans.

  • Scott Mellanby, Sergio Momesso, Glen Featherstone, Jeff Cychrun, Terry Carkner heavyweights? LMFAO

  • What? They weren't?

  • bb34...named your kid after him?....you might want to tone the I'm-a-Bruins-fan thing down a notch buddy....

  • huntercalgary is an idiot.

  • byers is still an alchoholic...and no way would neely beat byers in a hockey fight.neely never won vs. a heavyweight,he used to beat up ulfie and claude lepuke

  • They fought at the first Bruins practice after Neely was traded from Vancouver. Neely dropped Byers with 1 punch. And yes, Neely fought many heavyweights. Basil McCrae, Rick Tocchet, Joey Kocur, Kenny Baumgartner, Rob Ray, Terry Carkner, Dave Semenko, Jay Wells, Scott Mellanby, Tiger Williams, Chris Nilan, Bob McGill, Sergio Momesso, Jeff Chychrun, & Glen Featherstone. Some of those names weren't just the toughest guys playing at that time, but some are all-time tough guys!

  • He also fought(and lost to)Brashear.

  • yeah that was when Neely was playing on 1 leg and the very end of his career and Brashear just tied him up from the get go and Cam never got a punch off. When he got free, he slammed Brashear to the ice. Still a 1 sided beating though.

  • I loved LB...Named my kid after him and everything. I talked to him once and he mentioned how he fought Neely in the minors and Neely flattened him. He didn't realize Neely was a lefty until it was too late.

  • It wasn't in the minors...it was in the first Bruins practice for Neely after he was traded from Vancouver.

  • @bigjcc526 they fought when Neely got traded from Vancouver in their first Bruins practice, and Cam gave Lyndon a huge shiner. They became best friends after that. Watch Cam's fight with Terry Carkner, and LB's 2 fights with him, and then watch them both scrap with Nilan. Cam was much faster, and LB had the devastating uppercut. Cam also trained at skating, passing and shooting, 3 things that LB never had to practice!

  • Victory for LB. Good fight though. LB had deadly uppercuts. Just ask Craig Berube!

  • i agree i always thought that lyndon byers was one of the most underated fighters of all time partially cuz of the fact that just like crowder he didn't last long in the nhl oh and by the way im a sabres fan in case anyone want's to call me a homer for saying this

  • Byers played for 12 seasons. What do you mean he didn't last long? He was on the Bruins for 9 years! LOL

  • 279 games. enough said

  • First of all, it was 316 games because he played in the playoffs a few times. Secondly, he was a 4th line goon who only dressed against division rivals. He never even played a full season do to injuries, and never really played a regular shift his entire career. And while he could barely skate, staying with the same team for 9 years is a very long career, especially since the average NHL career lasts 5 years!

  • we can't ask berube..unlike you..we don't know every hockey player who ever lived.....boston..simply recreation...
