  • Why do you select white area and then inverse, rather than selecting blue dot in the first place?

  • @lyricababyif your working with a project with alot more colours that is the faster way to do it, i guess that is why he is doing it that way

  • Ha, ha, thanks man! I finally don't need to listen to some boring and long tutorial when someone can do it in less than a minute and still be able to show someone how to do something like this~ awesome!

  • Well done. Thanks!

  • nice tip! Thank you!

  • For some reason when I did this the entire inside of my image blurred instead. I followed this word for word step for step. Might have been the object I was using there were a lot of empty fields in it. I'll video tape it later and send you what I mean. Then maybe you can say, "Nope, you forgot this 1 itsy bitsy step.. " :) AWESOME way to present a tutorial though man, no fluff or hot air. I wish more manuals and video instructions could be written like this.. and that FCPX would go away.

  • Sure this works for a blue spot, but what it doesn't seem to work for is something with different colors in it. Seeming that even 2 colors will end up with 1 of those colors dominating the other and creating a new spot of just 1 color.

  • exacly...

    works only for single colors
