Nothing wrong with her shooting but you were way too close to the target .Whenever I shoot steel I always back up to about 150-200 yards and thats just with my m1 carbine or my ak. With a .50 you need to be at least 800 yards away when shooting steel to be safe from richocet.
@6117240 a .50 can penetrate up to 2" of steel with a standard round. a car is no more than about 1/2 at most, and that have to be an old ass car. she was in no real danger. let the kid have some fun before the rest of her life is gone due to school, forced college, and a job that she'll be stuck with til shes 65.

You can get a .50 AR15 upper for anware between $2K-3K depending on what you want, add a single shot lower, $80, a lower parts kit for $60-100 a stock $50 excluding optics and you got a price.

You can get a .50 AR15 upper for anware between $2K-3K depending on what you want, add a single shot lower, $80, a lower parts kit for $60-100 a stock $50 excluding optics and you got a price.
AR-50's and Barett M99's run about $4K-5K, and a M107 usually run about $9K
