I know the CPU uses Shin Akuma, I stated that already. But we can't use shin in that one. Even with cheat files no emulated versions. So to me, it looks like a replaced rom file to use Shin instead of Normal Akuma.
It's gotta be a hacked version cause Akuma had no Usable super move in SSF2T on any port when it came out. That's my guess since I've seen some hacked versions of other games that add things to them. Cool though. Too bad we could only use normal Akuma on that game and not Shin Akuma like the CPU does.
its only in the dreamcast but u have to beat the game with every character in super turbo and super modes in any difficulty to unlock the extra options and change digits in a certain order... look them up if u want to

pretty easy to do huge combos when nothing is stopping you from making foolish jump-ins (i.e you're playing on training mode)

Is this the GBA port, or the SF Anniversary Collection of SSF2? I don't remember Akuma (Gouki) having a super move in the arcade port of SSF2T.
