Very well done! The last few days I have been experimenting with trance and happy hardcore on my Yamaha Motif XS7. I also try to combine it with orchestral music. The XS7 is the same s XS6, only it has more keys.
Its so so so great i cannot believe it. Its esactly what im looking for in music but it seems no actual artists produce this sort of music. But its great man real real good make more more and then even more
please, do not stop posting comps like this one you made, and neither sell your keyboard (only for exchange to a xs8 =P). Very good job, if you want my opinion as a music player, try adding a louder bass line, just if you want a constructive hint. anyway, thank you for sharing creativity!
no matter what you create musically nowadays, game players are going to envision game scenes for it... example- I've been creating music for decades, and when I play a new piece for my kids (college age now)- they always come back with, "That sounds like a Boss scene!" or "That sounds like a journey scene" lol and I'm envisioning things totally different, like symphonic concerts or ballets... just goes to show you- keep your eyes open for unforeseen opportunities...
It's a great song. It's amazing how many talented people it's out there. Obviously it's perfect for a movie or a game and if you want to I'm sure you can take this one step further if you want to. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the future.
wow for a first attempt you blew me away! i wish i could play like that but i dont know how to combine those sounds like you did.. can u spare any tips plz i dont know that much bout the keyboard
awesome composition! I have just made my first trance piece too on the XS! The only thing is you need to quantize your live playing because it's a little off from the beat. You're playing great but in trance you must have all quantized notes because the slightest off beat will not be tolerated by the trance/electronica aficionado. What I do is record/sequence in Sonar so I can quantize my live recording. This is a fantastic composition and I gave you 5 stars.
okay you have to make another one now - you can't stop making music like this - you have to get on it lol
